Your tracking number is sent to you by email the moment your parcel leaves us — usually within 24 hours of your order. It comes from contact@molinetti.com, so check your spam folder if you cannot find it.
Paste the tracking number into the carrier's site named in that email. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to show its first scan: until the parcel reaches the first sorting centre, there is simply nothing to report. That is normal, and it does not mean anything is wrong.
Orders are dispatched within 24 hours and arrive within 7 to 9 working days. Full details are in our shipping policy.
If your tracking has not moved for five working days, or if the carrier says delivered and nothing has arrived, write to contact@molinetti.com with your order number. We answer within 24 hours, and we chase the carrier ourselves — you do not have to.
